Where Do I Begin?
We will have a Buyer’s Consultation with you to determine your wants and needs, and to go over upcoming expenses to expect.
If you haven't been preapproved, we can help refer you to a loan officer. Preapproval will help us determine your budget and the houses we can look for.
We will then begin the process of home searches. With your budget, and wants/needs in mind, we will help you narrow your search to find the perfect home.
Once you find a home that fits what you are looking for, you can make an offer. We will have you sign an agent agreement at the time of offer.
If the offer is accepted, we begin the process of inspections, appraisals and shop for home insurance.
Once underwriting is complete and you receive the clear to close, we lock in the home insurance.
You will attend the closing and take possession after final walk through!
Where Do I Begin?
We will set up listing consultation to discuss your needs, reason for selling, determine if you are also buying, and determine a timeline in order to establish your level of motivation.
We will determine your home value, put together CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) and discuss inferred value.
We will discuss selling cost and strategy, such as staging, etc.
We will have you sign a listing agreement.
We will work with you to prepare your home for showings and photos/ discuss open house opportunities.
We will review offers and help in the process of accepting an offer.
We will support you during underwriting and inspection process.
You will attend the closing.
